Machining is made thanks to a pin high frequency with adjustable electronic variator (up to 24 000 rpm). The adaptation of a removable framework provided with a hot wire allows pre-cuts of polystyrene. Capable of machining any type of foam, polystyrene, polyurethane, XPS, Balsa, we use best adapted cutting tools.

KMSYSTEM Machines are also used in various industrial fields as the cutting of composite in 5 axes, the machining of foam in saddlery, woods for decoration, etc… In that way, our new technology makes it possible to machine woods as well as aluminum.

Lastly, we also develop a powerful 3D Scanner provided with play-back heads by laser triangulation.
