BOARD SHAPING MACHINES

We are specialized in the field of surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, with equipments for foam: vacuum pump, suction cups, centering, adjustable support.

Machining is made thanks to a high-frequency spindle with adjustable electronic variator (up to 24 000 rpm). The adaptation of a removable framework equiped with a hot wire allows pre-cuts of polystyrene.

All our machines are made custom-tailored in a range going from (working area) 2.20 meters (7’) up to 6 meters (18’) length.

Capable of machining any type of foam, polystyrene, polyurethane PU, XPS, EPS, we offer the best adapted cutting tools.

CNC MACHINES

Specialized in all type of foam machining, our machines offer a perfect maintenance and a meticulous finish. They are equipped with 3, 4 or 5 axis according to the required use.

From 7' to 14'

Can be equiped with 3, 4 or 5 axis according to your needs.

From 14' to 18'

Can be equiped with 3, 4 or 5 axis according to your needs.

Extreme Rigidity
We developed our own model of profiles. Strong 130x105mm section ensure a strong rigidity to the frame.
It also protects the linear guidance from all type of dust, reducing the frequency of maintenance.

Maintaining and Positioning module
Eight adjustable sliding supports and suctions cups D90mm ensure the maintenance of any piece.

High Speed
High velocity drive (50 000mm/min) achieved by an asynchronous steel belt. Strong brushless motors ensure precision and quick manufacturing.

Accuracy
The rigidity of the frame as well as our digital control ensure a repeatability and an optimal resolution <1/60°mm..

Power supply
Our machines can be installed anywhere, 220V 16A single-phase current

Axis
In order to always meet your needs, our machines can be equiped from 3 to 5 axis.

Dimensions
All our machines are custom made. From the smallest ( 8’- 2 metres ) to the largest (18’-7 metres) it depends on your needs.

Materials
From the tenders polymer to the hardest wood and even aluminium, our tools are chosen carefully to answer all of your desires.
